These terms apply to Glanceit, a personal desktop application and SMS program operated by Ramin Raihan. Contact: hi@raminr.ai.
1. Program description
Glanceit sends informational text messages to its operator’s own configured phone number. Messages include requested setup tests, receipts for requests submitted during active sessions, generated answers, and failure notices. The program is for personal use and does not send marketing messages or offer public enrollment.
2. Enabling messages and consent
Configure your own mobile number in the desktop application’s Settings. You initiate messages by requesting a test or submitting requests during an active session; saving settings alone does not send a message. Enable messaging only after reviewing these terms and the Privacy policy and agreeing to receive the described messages at your number.
You must own the number or be authorized to consent for it. Consent to receive texts is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Visiting this website or accepting general terms alone does not enroll you in messaging. Do not enter someone else’s number without their permission.
3. Frequency and charges
Messages recur in response to your activity. Message frequency varies based on requested tests, active-session requests, answers, and failures. A single request can produce multiple texts, and long answers may be split into numbered messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s messaging and data charges apply, and use of your configured Twilio and AI provider accounts may incur their service charges. Contact your carrier or provider for pricing details.
4. Stop messages
Reply STOP to the Glanceit sending number at any time to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
You may also stop initiating new messages by ending your active session or closing the app. Ending a session does not recall messages already accepted for delivery and does not itself constitute an SMS opt-out. For help with cancellation or re-enrollment, email hi@raminr.ai.
5. Help and support
Reply HELP to the sending number for help, or email hi@raminr.ai. Include a description of the issue, but do not send passwords or API credentials.
6. Delivery and use of answers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on provider availability, network coverage, and device conditions and is not guaranteed. Glanceit is not an emergency communications service.
Generated answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. Independently check important information before relying on it. Use the application lawfully and only submit material you are authorized to process.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how phone numbers, message content, session data, and consent information are handled. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Availability and updates
Glanceit is a personal project provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or error-free results, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may update or discontinue the service. Revised terms will appear here with an updated effective date. A change to these terms does not provide consent for a new category of messages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
